High take-rate commissions
Percentage fees erase margin at scale. Subscription economics stay predictable as GMV grows.
IoneShop
Run sales across countries, channels, and legal entities — without a take rate, without “grow later” ceilings, and without giving up control of your data.

Companies building commerce on IoneShop
We do not invent certificates. GDPR / NIS2 / DORA are legal and design frames — not an “ISO sticker” in the price list.
Problem
Cost and risk grow faster than sales when the platform takes a cut, caps scale, or keeps data outside your control.
Percentage fees erase margin at scale. Subscription economics stay predictable as GMV grows.
SKU, store, rule, or API caps force upgrades or migrations at the worst time.
Slow catalog and checkout lose carts. EU campaigns need an architecture built for traffic.
ERP, WMS, marketplaces, and finance cannot wait for greenfield custom work every time.
Shared databases and unclear residency create legal and operational risk for groups.
App fees, transfer, support, and “enterprise add-ons” break TCO faster than the starter page shows.
Solution
Modules you compose around your processes — without building a platform from scratch or giving up API access.
Copy, translation, SEO, and operational recommendations in-admin.
Two-way sync for stock, prices, and documents.
Sales channels with a central catalog and statuses.
Multiple storefronts and brands on one operation.
Entities, VAT, and permissions in one group.
Content and checkout for EU markets.
Price books and settlement in EUR and more.
Contract pricing, access rules, company orders.
Consumer storefronts on the same backend.
Your front ends — commerce via API.
REST, GraphQL, and webhooks as the default interface.
Status rules, alerts, and actions without busywork.
Approvals and fulfillment paths.
Multi-channel orders in one operations window.
Attributes, variants, and catalog completeness.
Pages and storefront content without deploys.
How it works
Short onboarding. Full process and integration setup — with our team or self-serve in the admin.
Reserve company space, team roles, and starting markets.
Domains, currencies, tax, brand, and B2B/B2C rules.
Catalog import, PIM, media, and channel mapping.
Launch storefronts, marketplaces, and fulfillment automation.
Capabilities
Each area has one job: faster operational decisions and lower cost to serve an order.
Sales KPIs, order backlog, and integration health in one manager view.
Draft copy, language variants, and SEO hints — with human approval before publish.
Margin, conversion, and sell-through per store, country, and channel.
Status rules, split fulfillment, and SLA alerts instead of manual checklists.
ERP, payments, carriers, and finance connectors with delivery monitoring.
One catalog, many listings — consistent stock and return statuses.
RBAC, change audit, and separation of commerce, finance, and IT roles.
Security
Security is a buying condition for larger companies — not a price-list add-on. We design for isolation, audit, and continuity.
Tenant context verified on every API path — no implicit network trust.
TLS in transit; merchant secrets envelope-encrypted; no plaintext keys in logs.
Multi-factor auth for operators and privileged roles.
Roles per store / company / function — least privilege.
Copies and restore procedures under SLA RPO/RTO.
Failure scenarios and failover on Enterprise.
Availability and security signals (incl. Qmon) before customers notice.
Admin action trail — who, when, which tenant.
EEA hosting and processing preference from early stages.
Export/delete paths, PII minimization, processor/controller split in product design.
Platform designed toward the directive: monitoring, continuity, incident readiness.
Continuity support for customers in regulated sectors.
Auth, rate limits, tenant context checks — no open admin API.
Edge protection and catalog cache without slowing checkout.
Architecture for hundreds–thousands of shops; fleet grows without redesign.
No PAN/CVV storage — PSP tokens; PCI stays with the card provider.
We limit compliance claims to controls we actually run. ISO/SOC badges ship only with evidence — never as marketing fiction.
Integrations
Connector categories and interfaces — implementation around your stack.
Brand names are integration directions — production scope is set in implementation. We do not promise channels that are not live.
AI
Models assist with content and analysis. Publish and pricing decisions stay with your team.
Drafts from PIM attributes — edited before publish.
EU language variants aligned to the source catalog.
Title/meta and content structure suggestions.
Trend and anomaly summaries for managers — not fake growth percentages.
Rule suggestions (e.g. completeness gaps) instead of manual hunting.
Storefront cross-sell hints governed by merchant rules.

FAQ
No. We only sell to companies (B2B). Your storefront may sell B2C or B2B to your end customers.
No. Pricing is a subscription tied to catalog scale and service level — not a percentage of GMV.
“For shops” is Start / Growth / Pro — self-serve, shop terms 1.1-shop, no contractual HA/Secure. The Enterprise landing is Business / Platform / Enterprise: multi-company, SLA, autoscaling in a Capacity Band, Enterprise liability caps and optional Enterprise Secure — different scope, pricing and legal docs.
A program pack: Cyber Protection, Incident Response, Cyber Risk Assessment, Forensics Support and Incident Cover Assist (insurance assistance — we are not an insurer unless the Order Form says so). Details: /enterprise/secure.
We prefer the EEA. Shard mapping and residency are part of the multi-tenant architecture — details in the DPA and security docs.
We do not claim certificates without current evidence. Cards are handled by the PSP (PCI on their side). GDPR/NIS2 are described as design and operations — not stickers.
We build and run the platform toward the directive (monitoring, continuity, incidents). That does not replace assessing whether your company itself is in scope.
Yes — multi-store and multi-company are in the product model. Role and isolation depth are set on Business/Enterprise.
Catalog migration is scoped in Business and Platform contracts. Complex ERP or historical orders are planned on Enterprise.
Yes. API-first (REST/GraphQL) and event webhooks are the default integration path — not a hidden enterprise upsell.
Account and baseline storefront are fast. Full ERP/marketplace integrations depend on your stack; Enterprise includes project onboarding.
In-admin AI capabilities are part of the product roadmap within the plan. We do not sell “magic revenue lift” — only faster catalog and analysis work.
Marketplace channels ship in stages. If a channel is must-have on day one, tell us in the demo — we do not promise listings that are not in production.
Use “Book a demo” to contact us. Business can include a guided trial after the demo.
